About Us
SALT + SEED was formed in Spring 2017 and started out in The Uptown Hoboken Farmer’s Market. Since then they expanded to the District Kitchen Food Hall in Jersey City at Harborside serving Elevated vegan comfort food. The focus is and always will be paying the closest attention to every detail flavor, seasoning, and component hand sourced and homemade. Above all they believe in conscious eating. Food is more than enjoyment. It is more than a meal. It connects us to our environment, our community and our place in this world. Every item prepared is made with passion. They will always strive to do more today than they did yesterday.
